Program description and opt-in

By pressing 1 in our phone menu when you call (325) 238-9714, or by texting YES to that number, you agree to receive text messages from Build With Brian as described below.

When you call (325) 238-9714 and the call goes unanswered, you hear an automated menu: "Thanks for calling Build With Brian. We can't take your call right now. We can send you one text back about your call. Pressing 1 means you agree to get text messages from Build With Brian under our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at buildwithbrian.co/terms-and-conditions and buildwithbrian.co/privacy-policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. To receive the text, press 1 now. Or, stay on the line to leave a voicemail."

If you press 1, our system records your keypress with the call SID and timestamp as your consent, then sends one automated SMS. On the press-1 route the SMS identifies our business, apologizes for the missed call, and invites you to reply with how we can help; on the YES route it confirms your opt-in. Both include opt-out instructions. If you do not press 1, you will receive no text messages about that call. (You may still opt in separately by texting YES.)

Opt-in keyword:

Texting YES to (325) 238-9714 opts you in. You will receive this confirmation: "Build With Brian: you're in. You'll get one text per request — conversational replies only, no marketing. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Message type and frequency:

Message type: conversational customer-service replies related to your request. Frequency: one (1) automated text message per missed call or YES request. If you reply to that text, we respond conversationally. No recurring, promotional, or marketing messages are sent through this program.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out:

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation text and no further messages will be sent. If you opt out, a later opt-in requires your fresh express consent.
